1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Space-A Central ("spacea.app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Space-A Central provides flight tracking, terminal information, and travel planning tools for military Space-Available (Space-A) travel. We aggregate publicly available flight schedule data from Air Mobility Command (AMC) passenger terminals.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the U.S. Department of Defense, Air Mobility Command, or any branch of the U.S. military. Flight information is provided as-is and may not reflect real-time conditions.

3. No Guarantee of Flights

Space-A travel is inherently unpredictable. Flight schedules, seat availability, and departure times can change at any time without notice. Space-A Central does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any flight information displayed on our platform. Always confirm directly with the AMC terminal before making travel plans.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe. iOS in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel website subscriptions from your Space-A Central account settings and iOS subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. App Store refunds are handled by Apple.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute our data commercially without permission
• Interfere with the operation of our services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Space-A Central (including design, code, text, and graphics) are owned by Space-A Central and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Flight schedule data sourced from AMC is public domain.

8. Limitation of Liability

Space-A Central is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to missed flights, travel expenses, or lost opportunities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
